Life Coaching

Focus Areas:
Employment & Career Coaching
We focus on the client’s current and future career, creating work strategies that can help the client either find a fulfilling job/career or help the client be more content with the job/career they have at the moment. This can help clients make goals for getting a promotion, changing careers if desired, or creating a work-life balance.
Communication Coaching
We focus on the clients’ ability to express themselves and be confident about who they are with other people. The goal is to tap into the client’s inner creativity and find new ways of overcoming their personal blocks and be more open, overcome many forms of blocks a person may have
when it comes to expressing themselves, such as a fear of public speaking or an inability to follow through with plans.
Retirement Coaching
Our goal here is to create a future plan for retirement – we can assist clients with the various types of challenges that can accompany a person’s retirement, such as changes in income, scheduling their time, and even altering their lifestyle.
Family Coaching
For family coaching we focus on both the parents-kids relationships and relationships between all family members, encouraging child growth in a
healthy family environment.
Relationship Coaching
Our goal here is to discover what each party wants from the relationship, and then determine how to make these joint goals and ambitions a reality for everyone.
I apply the G.R.O.W. Model to provide a well-organized and targeted coaching process:
- Step I: Goal setting – setting S.M.A.R.T goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time Driven).
- Step II: Reality check – defining the current state or level of performance or any issues that are causing breakdowns. It is about getting to the bottom of the problem to further identify the full spectrum of existing obstacles. In particular, we identify obstacles utilizing IRA steps: Identifying the obstacle, Rooting out the cause and Antidote providing.
- Step III: Options developed – exploring options to be developed. I use S.W.O.T. analysis to develop feasible options through defining strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. I'm always working in close collaboration with my clients to achieve B.I.G. results: Buy-in, Innovation and Growth.
- Step IV: Wrap it up with the Action Plan – creating a well-defined plan is essential to know the direction you need to go and to timely identify success or failure. I apply the L.A.M.A. process working with the Final Action Plan: Learn, Apply, Measure and Assess the development process.
