We work with companies’ upper management to improve their leadership skills, performance strategies and different methods of stakeholder management and employee engagement. We can be employed directly by the executives, as well as by the company that wants to improve performance of its executives.
Leadership and Performance Coaching
We focus on a person’s ability to excel in leadership or another area of performance helping to gain skills in different forms of leadership positions and learn success strategies of good leadership and managing stakeholders, including employees. It is related to creating performance goals, planning career or personal ventures, and determining a clear end target with interim milestones.
Coaching Process:
- Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC): A discipled process where a Leader chooses a development goal and relevant Stakeholders, who are recruited and used to help the Leader achieve a positive long-term change in leadership behavior that is recognized and acknowledged by others.
- Systems Approach: SCC uses a systemic process to help a Leader achieve a positive long-term change in behavior. This is accomplished by bringing the people whose area affected by a Leader’s behavior into the process. It is the Leader’s manager, peer and direct reports (along with the coach) who participate in and support the change process.
- SCC’s a Five-Step Process:
- Step I: Choose a Leadership Goal, then choose participating Stakeholders
- Step II: Enroll Stakeholders as Key of the Process
- Step III: Develop Action Plan using Stakeholder Input
- Step IV: Follow-up with Stakeholders receiving their feedback and feedforward
- Step V: Measure Results through Stakeholder Perception of Improvement
